David, Anna, Lalo and crew were awesome to work with. We are very happy with the outcome. Neighbors are happy the eye sore is gone. D2 Landscaping saved us, we just couldn’t keep up anymore. We highly recommend this company and crew!

This crew works! Every person at D2 was responsive, kind, capable and hard working. I’m really happy with this company and would highly recommend. They just finished my job and I won’t know for sure if the new drainage will solve all my water problems but so far everything is really good.I got estimates from 3 companies and everyone was about the same price. Lalo was so responsible and knowledgeable and remembered all the little details and they cleaned up the site afterwards. Great company. Respectful crew. Hardworking. I hate to say it, but it’s really surprising to see the kind of integrity and work I witnessed with D2. I wish we had more businesses like this!!

After owner's response: That's just simply not true. By itemized, I don't mean, "Patio = $X, lights = $Y, and mulch = $Z." I think having to explain what customers expect when asking for design options and specific prices for a project like this is exactly what warrants a 1 star rating here. To give you an idea, it was 6 weeks ago that you came out, and I'm just now finalizing the design and quoting process elsewhere.I had them out a while ago to quote multiple parts of a pretty large overall project for my house. I wanted all flower beds surrounding the house refreshed with mulch and new plantings, which isn't a big deal, but then I also wanted to get an idea of pricing for a stone patio and all new landscape lighting around the whole house and patio. I figured they'd be here measuring, offering suggestions for design, material options, etc. etc. for quite a while for that type of project. The estimator showed up and was gone within 5-10 minutes. He didn't measure anything at all. Maybe 30 minutes later, he sent me the estimate like it was already pre-made, and it was just total price with no options or itemization. When I asked about different options, hourly rates, and etc. he responded that they don't provide itemized quotes with different options, and he gave me some other total prices for a few other materials. Again, he hasn't even measured anything or considered any design options that would influence the price. I've never experienced any contractor in any form of home improvement that would not give options and itemized pricing for certain work. Then I asked if they could just come and drop off some mulch, and was told they don't even go to a job for less than a $1,000 minimum. I don't know how it's possible to immediately throw out total prices for jobs without even knowing what the job will be, other than if you just quote everything incredibly high. That seems to be the case here.

Top notch! I called a few different places to get a quote for some work I needed done in the back yard. The other place said they would call me back to set up a day to get a quote and I never heard from them. However D2 Landscaping sent me a link the same day to book the free estimate. Estimate was quick and easy, and with in a few weeks they had my yard looking perfect! Lalo was the best, he was very professional and detail oriented. Thank you D2 Landscaping definitely will be recommending!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about D2 Landscaping!I wanted to install a patio off my porch for the express purpose of having an area for my hammock, because my husband didn't want to have to mow around it.D2 came out, gave an appraisal, we were able to meet my budget and the work began.I thought about doing it myself and am so glad I didn't.When I saw the effort the men put forth, Lord have mercy, I know I would not have done it to the standard they met.AND...they got it done in one day!David, Roger, and all the men were professional and were willing to go above and beyond my expectations. If they had questions they asked and answered all of mine.Ellen, in the office, was so patient with me, as we worked through details that I didn't even realize were involved.I have already recommended them to family and friends. Thanks David and crew for who you are, and how you conduct your business.Good customer service and quality work are hard to find lately, but you stepped up, and I so appreciate you.

We are absolutely thrilled with the final product! Our backyard patio initially had (4) 10x12 slabs in back of the garage that were old, broken and grading toward the rear of the garage. We decided to upgrade and go big....David @ D2 was responsive, courteous and extremely engaging when explaining what we wanted. I'm happy to say, that's exactly what we got. The guys worked quick, always cleaned up at the end of each day and even fixed my wooden fence door. Can't wait for spring and summer time to enjoy our brand new patio!

We had quite the laundry list of projects for Dave and his team. This included re-routing a drain, digging a french drain on the side of our home, and building a patio (which also required the building of a retaining wall). He was very prompt, courteous and professional. His teams did exceptional work and I would highly recommend Dave's company to anyone. He has a great local small business!

I’ve been waiting to write this review in hopes that it’d be a bit better. My fiancé and I hired D2 to help us bring up the level of our yard, properly grade, and re-seed after our new driveway was put in this past winter and no longer allowed for rain water to properly drain. After Dave and his crew at D2 quoted us a fair price for the work and were very professional in their communication, we were excited to get the project done! They were able to fit us into their schedule fairly quickly and finished within the day they’d started (as shown in first two pics). Within 48 hours a heavy rain essentially wiped out all their hard work and well… frankly the water still sat in the backyard with no where to go (as seen in pics 3 & 4). We’d contacted Dave with our concerns which prompted a second visit and he was kind enough to tell us he’d reach out to us to schedule a day that they could come re-do the work stating that they should have used a different soil type that wouldn’t be as porous (aka we needed something more clay-like than what was used) and understood we were looking for the best result they were capable of providing. It has now been at least a month since we attempted to last contact Dave and we’ve essentially given up on our back yard that we have been trying all summer to fix ourselves the best we could (pics 5 & 6 of the yard as of last week). It all comes back to the point that it won’t drain properly still and there’s nothing we can do short of re-doing the whole project ourselves. We’d hoped it’s just a combination of a busy landscaping schedule and a lot of rain that’s holding up communication with D2, but at this point we don’t have much hope we will be in contact with them any time soon.
